Michael’s Case Moved to Los Angeles
After a New Orleans state judge dismissed Joseph Thomas Bartocchi’s claim against Michael, the case was transferred to the Los Angeles Supreme Court.
Bartocchi had claimed that more than 20 years ago, in 1984, he was kidnapped by Michael and subjected to sexual abuse and violence.
