Judge Ordered Michael Jackson’s Property to Be Returned to Him
Judge Melville has ordered Santa Barbara city prosecutor Tom Sneddon to return all the property that had been seized from Michael Jackson’s home, with the exception of the documents that were presented in court.
These documents will also be handed over to the news media and then returned to Michael.
Judge Melville also announced that the video films shown in court—related to Michael Jackson or to the plaintiff—will not be provided to any news sources.
Judge Melville explained that these films are private, or that they have copyright.
