Joe Jackson: Michael Will Not Live in the United States Again

Joe Jackson, Michael’s father, said in an interview with the Associated Press that Michael will return to America—but not to live there. "He’s coming back, but not to stay, not to live." Joe went on to say that Michael has been threatened several times by his fellow countrymen in the United States. "They didn’t treat him well. If I were in his place, I would never go back." He also believes his son will resume his career again. Joe hopes Michael will join his brothers in making music. "I’m trying to urge them to move the recording work along faster, but they’re very slow. They prefer to do it with Michael." Source: AP
