Don’t Be Surprised If You Hear Michael’s Voice on an Indian Video

If you ever mistook the voice of Indian singer A R Rahman for the King of Pop Michael Jackson, don’t be too surprised. In Rahman’s opinion, he and Michael have the same vocal range. And in his own words: “My voice and Michael Jackson’s voice have the same range, and it’s lower than a normal male voice, which is why it’s so impactful.” Rahman presented these lines at the unveiling celebration of his first English-language album titled Me Brother. Even in Rahman’s new video, signs of the impact of Earth Song — Michael Jackson’s very successful and famous work — can be seen. Source: eMJey / New Delhi
