Chris Tucker to Appear in Court to Testify in Michael’s Defense

January

Roger Friedman, in his column, reports that Michael’s legal team has called in at least three people from the film industry to testify in court.

Brett Ratner and Chris Tucker—both of whom have had extensive contact with Michael Jackson’s accuser and his family—are two of these individuals.

The accuser’s family spent time at the location where the second part of the film “Rush Hour” was being shot during the first three months of 2001. In February 2003, Chris Tucker also took them from Miami to Neverland on his private plane so they could meet Michael Jackson.

The accuser claims that Michael Jackson drank alcohol from lemon-flavored bottles and shared it with him. The lawyers may use Chris Tucker to refute these claims. Bryan Michael Stoller, Michael’s longtime friend and director of the film “Miss Cast Away and the Island Girls,” is also among these witnesses.

Stoller sold about 30,000 copies of this film—featuring Michael as well—on DVD and through the internet.
