The Jackson family’s realistic reality series

According to CTV News, several members of the extended Jackson family are planning to produce a six-part realistic reality series that will be aired on American television in November.

The series will focus on Aljandra, the former wife of this family’s matriarch. Aljandra is the mother of children with Ghermin and Randy Jackson, Michael’s brothers. After her divorce, Aljandra lived with her children in the famous Jackson home known as the Hayvenhurst, alongside Katherine Jackson, the family’s mother. Michael Jackson covered their expenses. After Michael’s death, the Michael Jackson Foundation decided that it was no longer obligated to look after them, pay their living costs, or even provide them with a place to live. Therefore, it asked Aljandra to empty Hayvenhurst. The Foundation, of course, had a house in mind where Aljandra and her children would move after leaving Hayvenhurst. At that time, three of Michael’s children were also living in Hayvenhurst, and this may not have been unrelated to the Foundation’s decision. Aljandra tried to resist the Foundation’s request and threatened to write a book about this family, but in the end she was forced to leave Hayvenhurst—and she also rejected the house the Foundation had offered.

In 2012, the Jackson family once again became embroiled in controversy. Janet, Randy, Rebbie, and Ghermin Jackson, unaware of their other siblings and of Michael’s children, moved Katherine Jackson to an unknown location. At the time, Katherine was the only legal guardian of Michael’s children. Prince and Paris, Michael’s children, informed people on Twitter about Katherine’s disappearance. Even the report of Katherine’s disappearance was submitted to the police, and Jackie, Marlon, and Tito Jackson—Michael’s other brothers—appealed for their mother’s return in a video. In that video, Marlon raised his voice, became angry, and started crying. In another incident, Janet, Randy, and Ghermin went to the new home of Michael’s children and intended to confiscate their mobile phones, which they used as a means of reporting about their grandmother. However, they failed thanks to the intervention of the house’s security team. Ultimately, Katherine Jackson, who had been taken to a hotel by her children, returned home and stated that she was unaware of everything that had happened. Katherine had not been told anything about her children’s worries and confusion. After this, the Foundation made another decision to further separate family members from Michael’s children, and, according to a court order, it announced that these individuals would be banned from entering the home.

Of course, the Foundation continued to support Randy and Ghermin and paid Aljandra for their delayed offspring rights.

Over the years, it has seemed that the relationships among the Jackson family members have grown darker and colder, although we still see the family members supporting one another. As they themselves say, whatever it is, they are still a family.

Yesterday, Aljandra attended an event of the Television Critics Association together with her children. At the event, they answered questions about their new series. Aljandra said that leaving Hayvenhurst was not their idea. Dante Jackson added: “Some of the policies were involved in this decision.” And Genevieve said that at Hayvenhurst they lived under restrictions.

Genevieve: “We were under very close supervision. A lot of strangers came and went to that house, and we had to be careful about what we said.”

Previously, it was always assumed that Dante was Aljandra’s child and Randy Jackson’s, but in reality, Dante was adopted at the age of two by Katherine and Joe Jackson, and was then raised by Aljandra. Aljandra began a relationship with Randy Jackson, which resulted in Genevieve and Randy Jr. She then married Ghermin and had two sons named Jafar and Jermjesti. Aljandra, however, intends to keep her love life private and says: “It’s a long story.”
