Judge Rules Against Katherine Jackson's Retrial Request

On Friday, a hearing was held to decide on Katherine Jackson's request for a retrial in the AEG case. After hearing arguments from attorneys for both sides, the judge provisionally ruled that a second trial would not be held. This ruling is not yet final.

The ruling was issued by Judge Yvette Palazuelos, the same judge who presided over the AEG trial that concluded some time ago.
