Interview with Michael Jackson’s killer to the media and reactions to it (Warning: disturbing content!)
Michael Jackson’s killer, Conrad Murray, made disturbing remarks about the King of Pop during an interview with the British newspaper Daily Mail, which TMZ described as nonsense. "All three of them have different fathers, and Michael is not the father of any of them. Michael told me that he had never had a sexual relationship with Debbie."
Murray claimed that Michael had told him that once, while he was unconscious, one of his doctors sexually abused him.
Murray’s remarks became even stranger when he said that Michael had predicted he would die under his supervision:
"He looked at me once and smiled and said, ‘You know, our names will be linked forever. I can see the future.’"
Murray also once again blamed Michael for his own death and repeated a theory that the jury rejected during the 2011 trial. He said he does not believe he is responsible or guilty for Michael’s death:
"I believe that when I left the room that day, he woke up and injected himself with propofol. He did it very quickly, and he suffered cardiac arrest."
On the other hand, last night an interview with Conrad Murray on Australia’s 60 Minutes program was aired on television.
Reports say the Jackson family is furious that a TV program gave such an opportunity to the killer of their child, brother, and son.
In the 60 Minutes interview, Murray claims that he loved Michael very much and that they were close friends.
It has been rumored that Murray received a six-figure fee for doing this interview. That rumor has fueled the anger of the Jackson family even more. However, one source says Murray’s pay was nowhere near that amount.
Catherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, is worried that this interview will cause further harm to Paris’s mental state. Paris, Michael’s fifteen-year-old daughter, took her own life a few months ago due to the psychological pressure and, likely, harassment and mistreatment by society after her father’s death.
