Jermaine Jackson Faces Possible Jail Time

Alejandra had previously sued Jermaine for failing to pay monthly support, but this time Los Angeles authorities are on her side. These authorities have completed a complaint against Jermaine and referred it to the court. Last month Alejandra obtained a court order under which all of Jermaine's wages are garnished in her favor. Los Angeles authorities have now sent Jermaine a clear message: he either pays all his debts or goes to jail.

Jermaine's heavy debt to the mother and his children has made headlines again under circumstances where, just a few days ago, he was interviewed by TMZ reporters from inside a $160,000 Ferrari. He purchased this car on the very day the court issued the wage garnishment order against him.
