The AEG trial is not yet over, and already a date has been set for another court case.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff last Friday set June 2 of next year as the date for hearings on Wade Robson's lawsuit against the Michael Jackson Estate.
Wade Robson, who testified under oath at the 2005 trial at age 22 and defended Michael against the sexual abuse allegations, has claimed for months that he was a victim of Michael from the ages of seven to fourteen. He claims that when he became a father for the first time at age 30, he realized he had been sexually abused by Michael. Is he now prepared to stand before a jury and claim that at age 22 he did not understand what sexual abuse and sexual relations were? Yet even if he did not, the prosecutor had made it very clear to him:
Zonen: Did Mr. Jackson kiss you?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did he hug you?
Robson: Yes.
Zonen: Did he touch you?
Robson: No, he hugged me.
Zonen: Did he ever kiss you on the lips?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Was there ever a situation where he lay next to you and held you?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did you lie down next to each other?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did you touch each other?
Robson: No.
In his lawsuit against the man who lifted him from obscurity into the entertainment industry and made him a famous dancer, Robson is seeking $1.5 billion in damages.
The Michael Jackson Estate has called Robson a shameless and pathetic individual.
