Debbie Row’s Reaction to Marilyn Manson
After it was mistakenly reported that Paris had committed suicide because she was banned from a Marilyn Manson concert, Manson sent a message to Paris on Thursday for TMZ and invited her to his concert:
“I hope you’re feeling better. Whenever you want, your name will be on my guest list.”
In response, Debbie Row—Paris’s mother—wrote sarcastically: “How considerate.”
During Thursday night’s concert, Manson dedicated “Disposable Teens” to Paris. But the shock of the concert arrived at the moment when Manson appeared with a meat cleaver in his hand and depicted Paris Jackson’s self-harm on stage. Paris had cut her hand with a cleaver early the previous morning.
Debbie, who was clearly disgusted by Manson’s move, responded: “He’s a sick piece of trash.”
This move also angered self-harm and suicide prevention activists, because depicting this issue can trigger people who are susceptible to suicide.
