A memorial belt that three years ago the Michael Jackson Foundation prevented from being sold (News) has been put up for sale for $1,600 on the website Simon, following an agreement between the two sides.

The belt was designed by Simon Tousei in 2010 and was signed by Michael’s mother and father and all three of his children. However, the Foundation did not allow the belt to be sold. According to Michael Jackson’s will, his business affairs are exclusively handled by his Foundation, and the Foundation had not issued permission to use Michael Jackson’s name to sell this belt.

In the new agreement signed between the belt company Simon and the Michael Jackson Foundation, Katherine Jackson’s name is not mentioned as a business partner.
