Using Beat It to encourage teenagers to read

The Lansdowne Public Library made a promotional video based on Michael Jackson’s "Beat It" to encourage teenagers to read.

This video was taken down from YouTube some time ago by Sony/ATV due to copyright infringement and the use of Michael’s song. But after correspondence and repeated requests from students who worked hard to make this video, "Read It" has returned to YouTube.

Lansdowne is grateful for permission to air the video and calls Read It a tribute to Michael Jackson’s legacy and genius.

Here you can watch it.
