Foundation Statement Regarding the Auction of Michael Jackson’s Medical Records

We received the following email from the Michael Jackson Foundation:

"The Foundation trustees, upon learning of attempts by some people to sell Michael Jackson’s medical records, were shocked. As soon as they were informed about this, they instructed the Foundation’s lawyer to send a letter to the auction house. The Foundation will do everything in its power to ensure that these private records remain private."
