Bad 25 Nominated for an Award

Michael Jackson’s Bad 25 album, released in September, has received a nomination for the NAACP Award for Best Album.

Girl On Fire by Alicia Keys and the best of Whitney Houston are the other two nominees for this award. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on NBC on February 1, 2013 at 8 PM Eastern Time.

NAACP is the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, a foundation that works toward equal rights for all groups and races and the defense of citizens’ rights. It was founded in 1909.
