Judge accepts leaked AEG emails as evidence
Two weeks ago, you read that, at AEG’s request, a judge decided on the fate of leaked emails—specifically whether they could be kept out of court as evidence against the company.
Yesterday, Judge Yvette Palazuelos ruled that the Jackson family was not responsible for the leak of these emails, and therefore they will not be blocked from being presented in court.
The case regarding the Jacksons’ lawsuit against the company will begin in April 2013. Catherine, the family’s mother, blames the company for Michael’s death. The family believes that the mentioned emails show that, despite concerns about Michael Jackson’s health, the company forced him to carry out the concerts.
