Paris Jackson’s Kindness Toward Nicki Six
Paris Jackson has recently tweeted a quote from Michael to her more than 850,000 followers:
“My goal in life is to share with the world what I was lucky enough to receive.”
Some time ago, you read about Paris’s Twitter conversation with Nicki Six on this page. On her Facebook page, Nicki Six had called Michael an abuser of children and insulted him. She also repeated this offensive remark on her radio show, and when Paris asked her on Twitter what she saw the need for to hate talented people, she took it back and apologized. With a simple tweet, Paris made her do something that thousands of violent and demeaning messages from Michael’s fans had not been able to make her do.
She wrote:
“Everything my father wanted was for love and peace… Our forgiveness leads us to love, and our loving brings us inner peace and calm.”
That’s probably why Paris went to see Motley Crüe’s concert in Los Angeles last Wednesday and took a photo with them. Some fans were upset by this, and others were surprised.
She says her father introduced her to rock music, and that she herself was a fan of Eddie Van Halen and Guns N’ Roses.
In response to the fan family community, Paris wrote:
“What happened to hakuna Matata? I’m a good person—my father raised me this way. Please respect this, #MJfamily.”
She used the phrase “hakuna Matata,” which is in Swahili. Its meaning is: “Don’t worry, smile.” Maybe Paris is asking her fans where those promises of “Don’t worry, we’re here for you” went?
And then she quoted another line from her father:
“I want to forgive the media or anyone else. I’ve been taught to love and to forgive, and that’s what I have in my heart.”
Each fan has their own view about Paris’s forgiving behavior toward Nicki Six. Whether Nicki Six’s apology was real or fake is something only she knows. Fans don’t trust Nicki Six—whose Twitter followers are less than half a million compared to Paris Jackson’s—and they say she doesn’t deserve forgiveness.
Many people have expressed hatred toward Michael Jackson for no reason at all, whether it comes from jealousy or from lack of awareness. Some of these people are active in the entertainment industry, and over the years we’ve occasionally seen them appear on TV and radio programs. They continue to insult Michael publicly for no reason. Even though Michael Jackson’s children have good reasons to hate these people, they turn to forgiveness according to their father’s teachings—just as Prince once said that to hate someone you need a solid reason, and no one can give him such a reason.
Michael’s kind heart brought him a great deal of suffering in life. We hope his children stay away from these pains and sufferings, although recent controversies showed that they are capable of protecting themselves.
