Michael Jackson’s slot machines launched in Las Vegas

Last month (July 7), the Treasure Island entertainment complex in Las Vegas unveiled Michael Jackson’s slot machines. Previously, on this same page, you had read about the Michael Foundation and Sony’s cooperation in setting up these games: you’ve read about it.

These machines are called “King of Pop” and they play Michael’s music while you play. Also, symbols and images of the King of Pop are used in the design and programming of these slot machines. During gameplay, Michael’s image appears with the help of the players and guides them.

The company Bally Technologies is the manufacturer of these machines. The company’s engineers say the reason they used Michael Jackson in these games is that his music is popular across different generations. They believe that Michael’s image and the appeal of these games match well together.

Treasure Island is the first entertainment center to host these games. The machines are being built in Las Vegas and will be exported worldwide.
