Katherine Jackson Seeks Financial Information About the Michael Jackson Foundation

One of Katherine Jackson’s lawyers, Perry Sanders, has recently confirmed that his client wants her team of experts to carefully review the financial activities of the Michael Jackson Foundation.

Through this, Katherine Jackson wants to be informed about the fine details of the Foundation’s expenditures. Sanders said: “The heirs have the right to be informed of all information and to know where their money is spent.”

This request was submitted to the court on July 19, when Katherine was in Arizona away from Michael’s children.

However, the trustees of the Michael Jackson Foundation say that disclosing detailed information is not possible because part of this information is highly confidential. Many Foundation contracts are sealed and contain extremely sensitive information and/or other valuable data. This process has been adopted in order to ensure the success of the Foundation’s activities. Of course, Judge Mitchell Beckloff has been informed of the detailed matters of the will case, and all contracts have been registered with his permission.

In the coming days, Judge Beckloff will have to decide on Katherine’s request.
