Conrad Murray blames Catherine Jackson
“I’m not the one to blame—her mother is to blame.”
If the pain and suffering of losing his child wasn’t enough for him, now he has to endure the killer of his son as well. Over these three years, Conrad Murray hasn’t spoken to Catherine even once, hasn’t asked her for forgiveness, and hasn’t comforted her.
In his latest remarks, 59-year-old Conrad Murray puts Michael’s death on his 82-year-old mother, Catherine. When asked whether he doesn’t want to ask Catherine Jackson for forgiveness for killing his child, his response was:
“It’s not Mrs. Jackson who should forgive me for Michael’s death. I haven’t done anything that would require her forgiveness. But what I’m saying is: does anyone want to forgive Mrs. Jackson for Michael’s death? For the fact that the mother who should have been there wasn’t? Is Michael forgiving his mother for not being the mother he wanted? Is he forgiving her for not staying by his side?”
Conrad Murray says he is eager to sit down with Catherine Jackson at a table and tell her these words!
Murray isn’t suffering from guilt over Michael’s death, and perhaps he expects an apology from him—and likely a role in the future of Michael’s children, because he said: “I was closer to their family than they were to them (Michael’s children).”
Murray is also thinking about the monthly stipend Catherine receives from the Michael Foundation. He believes that even though Michael didn’t mention his father in his will, Catherine pays him money. Murray continues:
“If Michael knew that this money goes to Joe, his body would tremble in the grave.”
Murray plans to make money in the future through interviews about his former patient—or possibly by writing a book or making documentaries about Michael—and to pay off his debts. Of course, he claims he has no intention of betrayal.
“One day I’ll tell my story. I’ll tell the whole story.”
