Catherine talked to the kids, T.J. became the guardian
According to Roger Friedman, today Catherine Jackson finally had a long phone conversation with Michael’s children after ten days of no contact. Of course, unlike what Randy Jackson said, Catherine is still in Arizona. During this time, Catherine’s phone and laptop were taken from her. Catherine usually played certain games online with some of her friends, like Words with Friends, and during this period they had no news of her, which made them worry. Today, Paris Jackson posted part of her father’s song ‘Will U Be There’ in her daily tweets: "Everybody wants to control me. It’s like the world has a role for me, I’m confused—prove to me that you’ll stay by my side!"
Today, Michael’s children went to school for their summer class, and their cousin T.J. went to court to obtain the temporary guardianship order for them—and succeeded.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff issued a temporary legal guardianship order for Michael Jackson’s children to him and suspended Catherine Jackson’s right to permanent guardianship. The judge said her guardianship right is suspended not because she neglected her duties, but because someone else prevented her from carrying out her responsibilities. It’s said that T.J. Jackson’s lawyer is trying to obtain permanent guardianship rights for Michael’s children.
The judge also ordered that this ruling be delivered to Debbie Rowe, the mother of Prince and Paris, and to Diana Ross, whose name is listed in Michael’s will as the second guardian of his children after Catherine.
As you know, two days ago, Janet and Randy tried to take the children out of Michael’s children’s home by going there, and they tried to forcibly seize their mobile phones. Sandra Ribera, Catherine’s lawyer, cited Paris’s tweets as the reason for their actions. She also said she believes some people had prevented Catherine from contacting her grandchildren.
TMZ had claimed that during the Jacksons’ struggle, Janet slapped Paris. Randy Jackson today denied the rumor and again said that his mother Catherine needed rest according to the doctor’s diagnosis. When asked whether the reason for this trip for Michael’s children was also explained, he refused to answer.
Today Paris also received a supportive tweet from Chris Brown, though its content was very aggressive and harsh toward certain members of the Jackson family. He asked the Jacksons to end this situation and not involve Michael’s children in it. Paris thanked Chris for this tweet.
