AEG seeks Michael Jackson’s medical records

You know that Catherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, has been pursuing a case against AEG for some time. Catherine blames this company—which was responsible for organizing the This Is It tour in London—for her son’s death. On Tuesday, the company asked the court to compel Michael’s dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, to cooperate in order to clarify issues in the case. The company is seeking Michael’s medical file and has asked Klein to provide them with the drug history and medical information of the King of Pop from January 1984 onward. So far, Klein has only submitted Michael’s medical file from 2008 and 2009 to the court. Another 12-page file has also been provided by the district attorney’s office.
