Janet Jackson Says About Michael and Whitney

Janet Jackson, Michael’s sister, in a new interview with Anderson Cooper, talked about her disbelief at the untimely death of Whitney Houston and the pain and suffering she has endured since her brother’s passing:

Regarding Houston’s death: “I couldn’t believe it. I started shaking immediately. I’m still in shock.”

Janet says that losing her mother is very hard for Bobbi Kristina (Whitney’s daughter):

“It’s a difficult situation. I lost my brother, and he lost his mother. For me, it was very, very hard. I didn’t want to believe that he was gone. You have to eventually accept this truth and leave everything to God. Of course, saying it like this might sound harsh, but you have to go on living. You can’t think about it all the time because it destroys you. You have to find a way to get relief. There isn’t a day that goes by without remembering my brother, and my other brothers and sisters say the same.”
