Who Is Your Human Rights Hero?

Amnesty International, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its founding, is asking who your human rights hero is—and what kind of person inspires you to respect human rights?

This is not an official poll. People can enter any name they want. Names are written in different ways with different titles and spellings. For example, the name Michael is entered by fans in forms such as King Michael Jackson, michael jackson, Michael Jackson, and so on.

On January 13, a number of participants from the United States in this poll will be given gifts by random draw.
