Last week, People magazine ran an article about Michael Jackson’s children:
Not long ago, Prince, Paris, and Blanket went to see an X Factor competition, attended a fan festival in Las Vegas and the Immortal tour show, and Paris kicked off her presence in cinema with the film “Landens Bridge.”
More of the joy the three have felt since their father’s death is thanks to the presence of their 81-year-old grandmother, Katherine. A source says the kids love their grandmother—and of course they miss their father.
When they reach 30 years old*, they will be famous multi-millionaires. Their father’s Foundation has earned hundreds of millions of dollars over the past two years. Still, they lead a normal life.
Prince, 14, and Paris, 13, attend a private school and welcome interaction with others and being part of the community.
Prince is an outstanding student and is very popular among the girls at school.
Paris plays soccer on the school team alongside the boys, and her uncles keep their eyes on her and always support her.
Nine-year-old Blanket is shy and studies in their 7-bedroom mansion in Calabasas. He also receives cooking lessons. Apparently, like Michael, he’s a good cook. They say he has skill in baking cakes and cupcakes—though the head chef helps him.
But the first and last love of these three is the film and entertainment industry*. Paris is focusing on acting, and the boys are interested in filmmaking. Prince makes home movies and hires his cousins to appear in them.
Uncle Jackie says: “They’re family kids. Family is what matters. We take care of them.”

*According to Michael’s will, his children are not allowed to access their share of his wealth until they turn 30, and when they reach 21 they will no longer be supported financially by their father’s Foundation. Paris and Prince have said they want to work and earn money for themselves.
* Michael was also fascinated by the film industry and had intended, after retiring from the stage, to move into this profession.
