She also said that according to Dr. Murray himself, when he returned to Michael’s room, he was still alive. Why didn’t he act during the time he could have saved Michael (at least 20 minutes)? Didn’t he call an ambulance? Didn’t request help, and even failed to do anything with CPR?
According to Franklin, these were the key reasons for Murray’s guilt from the jury’s point of view. The ambulance arrived on the scene within 4 minutes after the call. The juror says they knew that if Murray had medical equipment on site and immediately called the ambulance, Michael would be alive now.
She says that the first day of deliberations was full of tension for them. Everyone was shouting, and they had to ask the members to speak one by one and raise their hands first to express their point. On the second day, everything was organized, and they were able to obtain the written verdict of each of the 12 jurors on the court papers. The 12 guilty verdicts for Conrad Murray, the doctor who will be sent to prison for killing Michael Jackson—details of which will be determined later—will receive parole and be turned into house arrest.
