A Book About Two Icons: Michael Jackson and Barack Obama
Allen Shay, a well-known lawyer and businessman from Pasadena, Los Angeles, has written a new history book.
“The Balance of Two Icons: Barack Obama and Michael Jackson” (New Beginnings: The First Year in Office, The Parallel of Two Icons, Barack Obama and Michael Jackson) was released last month by Outskirts Press and is sold on Amazon.
The book’s introduction says:
How do you find your purpose in life? Most of us are influenced by other people, achievements, relationships, and financial rewards. This book tells the historical journey of two men who stayed committed to their goals and ultimately reached historical levels that no one else will ever be able to repeat.
From a historical perspective, Allen Shay examines the paths of these two icons and how they were influenced by the course of history, and how events affected their success. Barack Obama, as the first Black president of the United States, and Michael Jackson, the greatest stage and entertainment artist in history—without any question.
In this 286-page book, the author explains how three elements of contrast, cycles, and choice in the lives of these two people created a roadmap that will guide and inspire the generations after them.
