Statement From the Michael Jackson Foundation Regarding Charities Supporting Children

“We all know how much Michael cared about children and children’s charities among all his other human activities. We also know how eager his fans are to honor his memory and name in this way—by helping and supporting children’s foundations. We have been faced with many questions from this group of people who want to know how they can help in this cause.

Although we are not currently able to share details with you, we can tell you that the Foundation’s trustees are very eager to keep you fans—and the world—updated on how they intend to carry out Michael’s wishes, as stated in his will, regarding support for charitable foundations.

This stage is under review, and before preparing an official statement on this matter, many steps must be taken. Please be patient; keep your faith, commitment, and composure.

Just know that achieving this goal is a mental preoccupation and a very important focus for the Foundation.
