Al Sharpton: Michael Jackson Wasn’t Strange

Al Sharpton, a well-known figure and civil rights activist in the African-American community of the United States, writes:

“Dr. Conrad Murray is being tried this week for failing to meet medical standards and for not making timely contact with 911. His defense attorneys will try to portray him as innocent and talk about his good record in the practice of medicine. More importantly, they are trying to put Michael on trial again. As I told Michael’s children at the 2009 memorial ceremony, there was nothing strange about their father. The things Michael had to deal with were strange.”
