Dispute Over Michael Jackson’s Paintings

You’ve read that Michael Jackson’s art collection has been valued at more than $900 million. Part of this collection consists of paintings and designs created by him. A number of works created by the King of Pop that have not been publicly displayed so far were, according to a letter, given to Michael’s longtime teacher and friend, artist Brett Livingston Strong.

But the Michael Jackson Foundation says the letter is fake—especially because Michael’s signature is not on it.

In 2008, Temi Temi, Michael Jackson’s manager and spokesperson, wrote to Strong in a letter saying that Michael wanted him to take ownership of the artworks that he (Michael) created.
