Michael Jackson Foundation Turns to the Judge
For a long time, the Michael Jackson Foundation had asked Catherine Jackson’s former in-law and her children to leave the home of Michael’s children.
Aljandra, the former wife of Randy and Jermaine, is Michael’s brother. She has 5 children with these two brothers, and all of them live in the house in Encino where the Jackson children live, called “Hyunearst.” This house is owned by the Foundation and belongs to three of Michael’s children.
The Hyunearst house was left empty for a while due to repairs, and Catherine, Michael’s mother, and her children temporarily moved to another house. The plan was that after the repairs were completed, Aljandra and her children would not return to Hyunearst. But Aljandra has no intention of leaving, and therefore the Foundation’s lawyers have filed a lawsuit against her. They have asked the judge to issue an eviction order for Aljandra and her 5 children.
Aljandra claims that the Foundation has tried to drive her out of the house in various ways. She says they shut off the gas and changed the locks. And while she and her children were living in the house, they threatened to disinfect the place.
Tomorrow, the judge will hold a hearing on this case.
