Will Michael’s children testify?

During preliminary hearings in court, it was said that Prince and Paris—Michael’s children—were in their father’s room when he died. Now the question is whether the court will ask them to recall that painful day and tell the court about it. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office says that for now, they are not making such a decision. Defense attorneys say the same. They claim they have not even prepared their list of witnesses yet. According to a spokesperson for the defense team, asking the children for testimony—while it could be extremely harmful to them—is a very difficult task. Scientifically, children, and especially those who have experienced horrific psychological trauma, are not reliable witnesses. But throughout the court hearings, Prince and Paris have been mentioned many times, which means there is some possibility that the two may be subpoenaed in the future. Source: eMJey / eonline.com
