Foundation Goes to Legal War Against Catherine Jackson’s Ex-Daughter-in-Law

TMZ, by publishing legal documents requesting the court’s action, says the Michael Jackson Foundation has decided to do by force what Catherine—Michael’s mother—could not manage to do. The foundation asked the judge to issue a legal order to evict Aljandra and her children from Encino. Aljandra is Randy’s brother Michael’s wife; she has two sons and a daughter with him. After her divorce, she married another of Michael’s brothers, Jermaine, and also has two sons with him. Although she has separated from Jermaine as well, she still lives in Encino with Catherine and Michael’s children, and over the years, in a way, has been supported by Michael Jackson. The Encino house is owned by Michael, and for years he paid his mother a monthly allowance, which indirectly and inevitably also reached the other residents of Encino and her father, who was in Las Vegas. If the judge issues the order, Aljandra, Genevieve, Randy Jr., Dante, Jafar, and Jermajesti will be evicted from the Hayneharst mansion.
