Dr. Murray: Does Anyone Know Artificial Respiration?

After Tuesday’s court session ended, Carl Douglas—attorney for three of Michael’s employees who are witnesses for the prosecution—said outside the courthouse at a press conference: “Conrad Murray, a heart specialist among Michael’s staff, asked whether they knew how to do artificial respiration. It’s strange that he, as a specialist in strokes and cardiac arrest, didn’t have such knowledge. This surprised the employees.” On the day Michael died, after Murray asked for help from Amir Williams, Michael’s personal assistant; Fahim Mohammed, the security supervisor; and Alberto Alvarez, the security officer, entered Michael’s room. Fahim Mohammed testified in court that Murray asked whether they knew how to do artificial respiration. Michael’s children were in the room at that time, and Mohammed took them out of the room.
