Oprah Interview with Katherine Jackson: Next Week

Oprah Winfrey visited the Jackson home in Encino on October 9 to interview Katherine Jackson about her son Michael, which sparked protests from Michael’s fans. After Michael’s 2003 accusation, Oprah had joined the group of those condemning him.

Now CBS says the Oprah and Katherine interview will air next week on November 8. In a scene as well, Joe Jackson and Michael’s three children will be shown in the backyard. It has been said that in this interview, Katherine will talk about her son’s death and his life as a child prodigy.

Oprah’s previous interview with Lisa Marie Presley included a segment about sexual abuse between the two programs. Katherine’s interview will be shown right after the first part of the program on the same topic. This comes while, not long ago, Randy Jackson said that airing a program about sexual abuse on the days when the jury was busy deciding the fate of his brother Michael (the 2005 trial in which he was acquitted) was not a coincidence.

However, a representative of the production team for Oprah Winfrey told TMZ that it was completely coincidental and that there was no intention behind it.
