Heard Details About the Album “Michael”

A music critic says that if the album doesn’t go number one around the world, he’ll change its name. It has been rumored that the song Hold My Hand, recorded in 2008 in collaboration with the Black singer Akon, is one of the tracks on Michael Jackson’s new album. It’s said that this song will be released as a single on iTunes for sale.

The song leaked on July 1, 2008, and surely many people have heard it. But the version that will be released on the album will be different from the leaked track—this time, the main singer is Michael himself, and you’ll hear less of Akon’s voice. Rodney Jerkins, producer of Michael’s last studio album in 2001, Invincible, said he had no involvement in the new album, but maybe he’ll start working on another project. He has repeatedly said that many of the songs he and Michael worked on never made it onto the album. Jerkins believes many of them are even better than the songs on Invincible.
