Michael’s former manager in pursuit of financial documents

Tom Tohme, who was Michael Jackson’s manager before Frank Delio was hired, says he has requested details of the financial documents from the Michael Jackson Foundation. He believes that sealing these documents is a barrier to paying his salary and/or other people who are entitled.

Tom Tohme claims that negotiations between Michael Jackson and AEG were arranged in order to hold the This Is It concerts in London, and for that reason he is owed $2.3 million from the Michael Jackson Foundation. He also wants 15% of the revenue from the sale of the This Is It film.

The hearing for this request will be held on October 7.
