Michael Jackson’s Doctors Against Each Other
Card specialist Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s doctor and accused of his involuntary manslaughter, says that Dr. Arnaldo Klein is also responsible for Michael’s death and therefore should be named in Joe Jackson’s lawsuit.
Joe, Michael’s father, prepared a lawsuit against Murray some time ago for the murder of his son. In his lawsuit, Joe Jackson states: “Dr. Klein was probably Michael’s doctor until June 18, 2009, or even perhaps a few days after that, and ultimately until less than a week before Michael Jackson’s death. Dr. Klein probably kept treating Michael with medication until AEG (the company that organized Michael’s London concerts) decided to hire Dr. Conrad Murray to separate him from Michael.”
Conrad Murray is now asking: if Joe Jackson is aware of his son being treated with medication by Dr. Klein, then why didn’t he bring his name up as a suspect in Michael Jackson’s murder? Murray’s lawyers have asked the court to dismiss Joe Jackson’s lawsuit against Murray because Joe Jackson is not one of Michael Jackson’s heirs and not his legal representative.
