Michael Jackson’s Landlord Sues

The landlord of the house where Michael lived during his stay in Las Vegas with his three children has filed a lawsuit against the Michael Jackson Foundation. He says he never received compensation of $234,000 that had been done to his home during the years 2008 and 2009. He says that after Michael’s death, he filed this lawsuit, but the foundation didn’t take action. Because of this, he has gone to the Los Angeles Superior Court for the second time. The landlord claims that the damage was not only inside the house—such as the phone and alarm system—but also to the exterior. This 1.7-acre mansion includes a small church, a caretaker’s residence, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a basement of 790 square meters, which the King of Pop used as a studio, a library, and a place to store artwork.
