Brevado sues for selling unauthorized Michael items

Brevado, which has obtained exclusive rights to produce products bearing Michael’s name and brand from his Foundation, has sued T-Line Design, located in the U.S. state of Oregon, for selling Michael Jackson merchandise without authorization. It is seeking $750 in damages for each item they sold using Michael’s design and logo. In addition, a $150,000 damage claim has been added to the case.
