Rebuts $44 Million Claim by Rebbie Ben
According to TMZ, the $44 million claim made by Rebbie Ben, the former Michael Jackson spokesperson who was fired, has been rejected by the Michael Jackson Foundation. Ben claimed that the King of Pop owed him $44 million because of a concert performance contract he signed with AEG in 2009.
After Michael’s death, many financial lawsuits were filed against him, and the lawyers for his Foundation carefully reviewed each case one by one to determine whether they were valid or not.
Ben’s new claim is the latest example of lawsuits being dismissed by the Michael Jackson Foundation. Of course, Mrs. Ben had filed his lawsuit a month before Michael’s death on May 6 of last year.
