Possibility of Limiting Murray’s Activity in Nevada

After restricting Dr. Murray’s work in the Texas area—banning him from prescribing strong painkillers and sedatives—the Nevada Medical Board is also seeking to adopt a similar approach. The Nevada Medical Board has asked the Texas Medical Board about the laws and regulations that allow them to take action as soon as possible to limit Murray’s practice in that state.
