By the Time Michael Arrived at the Hospital, a Long Time Had Passed Since His Death

Medical documents show that Michael Jackson had been dead for a long time by the time he arrived at the hospital.

Brian Oxman, the attorney for Michael’s father, said while announcing this: “The bottom line is that if the emergency doctors had reached him sooner and if they had been informed immediately, there would have been a chance of him surviving.”

He says that, based on medical documents, Michael had died 20 to 40 minutes before the doctors arrived at his home.

On Saturday, a lawsuit was filed by Joe Jackson, Michael’s father, against Conrad Murray, the doctor accused of involuntary manslaughter. Under California law, there is a one-year window from the date of death to file this lawsuit, and if the defendant is a doctor, he must file the lawsuit up to 90 days before the deadline.
