International filmmakers visit Michael’s hometown
The passion for Michael Jackson’s life around the world has led filmmakers from across the globe to come to visit Michael Jackson’s birthplace in the city of Gary, located in the state of Indiana. In late last week, a filming team from Japan and Germany came to this location to make documentaries.
The Japanese filmed in Michael’s small childhood home and in the Lucky Man’s nightclub, where he and his brothers had first performed in the early 1960s as members of the Jackson Five.
Among the people interviewed by the filming team, Steve Manning, the manager of the first Michael Jackson fan internet club, should be mentioned. In his remarks, he said he wished Michael knew how much people loved him.
