Michael’s Mosaic Breaks a Record

Simeir Stratai, an artist from Albania, created the world’s largest mosaic by gluing together 230,000 paintbrush bristles. The mosaic design in brown and black shows Michael Jackson with his head tilted back and his arms spread out, singing. On Friday, Guinness World Records awarded Stratai a certificate for registering this record.

The artist spent 16 hours of his time every day for a month to create this work. While working, he listened to Michael Jackson’s songs out loud. "All the time I was working, I was guided by his music, and in silence I made a pact with him that he would help me understand the secret behind his magnificent singing."
