Forensic Workers Didn’t Commit a Crime
After Michael’s death, his death certificate—which was supposed to remain confidential in the coroner’s office—was leaked by employees of that office and then posted online.
About 300 employees of the office, who had access to the computer network, were able to view the certificate. After two months of police investigation, it was reported on Friday that no one in the office was found guilty of leaking the certificate, although the employees violated internal rules.
