Auction of Michael’s Memorabilia in November

Earlier, on this page, you read that on November 21, in the 2009 sale of music celebrities’ memorabilia at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City, items belonging to Michael Jackson would be auctioned.

A portion of the proceeds from this auction will be donated to MusiCares, an organization that supports musicians. Julien’s Auctions has added 13 more items to Michael’s memorabilia collection, including:

- A Thriller album poster that was installed in a subway underpass in 1982
- Michael’s black hat from the Victory tour
- A handwritten note from Michael related to MoonWalker
- Photos and posters signed by Michael
- Chocolate commemorating Michael’s wedding to Lisa Marie Presley
- An audio tape of an unreleased interview with Michael and the Jackson Five, from 1978
