AllGood Entertainment files a lawsuit against Michael

Music distribution company AllGood Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against Michael in the New York City court. The CEO of the company claims that Frank Dileo, on Michael’s behalf, signed a contract with them to stage a family concert in Las Vegas. This is while Frank Dileo was not Michael’s manager at the time when the company claims such a contract was registered, and Michael’s family has said they were unaware of the existence of such a contract.

AllGood Entertainment claims that under the terms of this contract, Michael cannot perform in London. The company organizing Michael’s concerts in London considers this lawsuit to be lacking legal validity and calls it irrelevant.

AllGood Entertainment claims that under this contract, Michael and his brothers are required to perform a family show in July next year in Las Vegas.

In exchange for violating the contract terms, the company is requesting $40 million in compensation from AEG, the company responsible for organizing Michael’s concerts in London.

It is worth noting that despite the filing of such a lawsuit, Michael and his team are currently busy in Los Angeles and preparing to perform 50 concerts in London. According to AEG officials, various rumors and baseless lawsuits have had no effect on the group’s work process.
