Julien Reacts to Michael’s Lawsuit Against Him
Michael, last Wednesday, March 4, filed a lawsuit against Julien’s Auction House, asking for the auction to be stopped for some of his assets. The lawsuit states that many of the items put up for auction are very valuable, and Michael Jackson has not authorized their sale.
Darien Julien said about this: "I was really surprised, because Jackson had been informed about everything from the beginning. His manager confirmed everything."
Julien also said that there was no other intention in selecting the items other than selling them at auction.
The lawsuit against Julien’s auction states that the attempt to sell all of these items is malicious, fraudulent, excessive, oppressive, upsetting, unacceptable, and lacks any legal authorization.
Julien acknowledged that Michael’s team had requested the return of some items, and the auction house had accepted it respectfully.
Julien is currently on a business trip to Ireland and has not yet received the court order. But he says that before doing anything, he will contact Michael’s team.
