Michael’s Illness Prevents Him From Attending Court
Michael’s attorney announced on Tuesday of this week that Michael’s illness might not allow him to travel to London to attend the court session. Michael has requested that he provide his testimony via a video link from the United States.
His lawyer, Robert Engl Hart, said that it would be unwise for Michael to travel in these circumstances. He refused to explain the reasons.
Nigel Sweeney, the court judge, said that a decision in this matter will be made on Thursday.
These court sessions are being held to address the lawsuit filed by the son of the Bahraini king against Michael Jackson. He accuses Michael of breaching the contract terms and has filed a $6.9 million lawsuit against him.
